3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold only one active phhoy account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different mobile numbers, names, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phhoy employs technical measures to detect duplicate accounts and may, upon detection, immediately close all associated accounts and confiscate balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information during registration and to update your profile promptly if any information changes. phhoy relies on registered information for account security, payment processing, and compliance obligations. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phhoy login credentials, including your mobile number, username, and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phhoy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify phhoy support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and phhoy's internal compliance framework, phhoy may require members to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license) and proof of address or payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions.

8. Intellectual Property

10. Responsible Gaming

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction. Players acknowledge that Philippine law and jurisdiction applies exclusively to all matters relating to phhoy Casino services.
